Tyler dedicates time to the community by remaining an active member of several local boards. He currently serves as President of the Young Professional Network (YPN), and sits on the Realtor Association of Acadiana’s board of directors. Tyler actively participates in fundraising efforts related to Acadiana Animal Aid and local food drives.

- Originally from New Orleans, Tyler attended Holy Cross High School while working for his family’s ice sculpting business
- After Hurricane Katrina, he briefly attended St. Thomas Moore High School, where he earned full athletic & academic scholarships to play football for the Ragin Cajuns.
- He obtained his undergraduate degree in Marketing in 2010 and his MBA in 2012.
- When he isn’t working, Tyler can be found skydiving, snowboarding, hunting, playing soccer, or traveling!

Jim Keaty is the owner and Broker of Keaty Real Estate, established in 2004. Jim was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana and is married to Danielle Chastant Keaty. Together they have 2 girls, Mae and Josephine “Joey” Keaty, and most recently a son named James Keaty II.Jim graduated with a Bachelors’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2002 and then graduated from American Real Estate College in Westminster, Colorado in 2003.
Andrew Breaux
Andrew Breaux is a content creator from Louisiana with 5+ years of experience. He is a creative soul with a love for capturing moments and a passion for delivering top-notch service for any task he is presented with. As a content creator, his goal is to deliver the highest quality content with the utmost creativity. When not working, Andrew will be gaming, spending time with his family, or going on adventure.
Angelika Thibodaux
Originally from Orange County, New York, Angelika completed her undergraduate degree at Baruch College before moving to Lafayette in August 2019. A month later, she began her career as a Front Desk Coordinator at Keaty Real Estate, focusing on assisting 40+ agents with their real estate needs and performing general administrative tasks. In January of 2022, Angelika attained her title as Office Administrator and is now dedicated entirely to ensuring that the back-end duties of our office run as smoothly and efficiently as possible while providing 110% of the promised service to every one of our clients and agents. In her free time, Angelika likes to go to festivals, listen to live music, exercise at the gym, and spend time with her family and friends.
Anna Cain
Raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, graduated from Saint Thomas More High School. She had over 10 years of customer service experience before she found her way to our Keaty team. She is enthusiastic about implementing the tools she learned from her work history and growing within our team. As one of the first faces you see when you walk in the door and the first voice you hear when you call the office, Anna will greet you with a smile, kindness, and persistence to get you what you need. On her off time, she enjoys yoga, getting creative with painting, and lots of time outside.
Carleen Monte
Carleen has 17-plus years of real estate experience. Transaction Coordinators are like the “Little Engine That Could” in the big world of real estate behind the scenes… yet play a key role in keeping real estate transactions running smoothly. Carleen was born, raised and continues to reside in the heart of Vermilion Parish. While not at work, Carleen enjoys spending time with family, boat rides fishing, and traveling.
Cate Foley
Cate Foley, a member of Keaty Real Estate since 2010, has worn many hats during her tenure. Starting at the front desk, she swiftly became an adept Transaction Coordinator, ensuring seamless real estate transactions. Now serving as Production Coordinator, Cate continues to excel with her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Cate’s commitment extends beyond her core role, as she actively engages in event coordination and community involvement, reflecting Keaty Real Estate’s dedication to making a positive impact in Lafayette.
Cate resides in Lafayette with her Husband, Ian, and two children.
Lainie Harrington
Lainie is an Acadiana native with 5+ years of real estate and management experience. Driven by attention to detail and imaginative problem-solving, she takes pride in cultivating a productive, sustainable, welcoming, socially mindful workplace environment. As an operations manager, her goals include continuous company-wide growth and providing agents, staff, and clients the tools necessary to succeed. In addition to her primary job functions, Lainie jumps at the opportunity to plan and host community/networking events. When not working, Lainie can be found traveling, enjoying a glass of wine, or trying to keep her houseplants alive.
Tom Rosario
With over 14 years of experience in video production and digital marketing, Tom brings his passion for strategic storytelling and audience engagement to Keaty Real Estate to build a content ecosystem for the client’s desired outcome.
He is a story-driven content creator focused on building awareness through creative video content. Overseeing all digital video content from conception to completion to meet digital strategic goals. Increasing engagement, leads, conversions, and brand awareness for the agency and its community. Originally from New York City, he resides in Broussard, LA, with his wife, 3 kids, dog, cat, hamster, and chicken.
Vicki Benton
Vicki joined the Keaty Real Estate team in October of 2021 as the Financial Controller after spending over 20 years in restaurant management and planning. Vicki is responsible for all daily financial operations of the company, including cash management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Vicki’s exceptional understanding of spreadsheet formulation has led the way to a new company workbook that allows individual agent and total company productivity to be tracked and compared in real-time with multi-user capabilities. Outside the Keaty Real Estate office, Vicki listens to music while cooking for her family and friends.
Ethan Broussard
DIRECTOR OF AGENT DEVELOPMENT
A native of Vermilion Parish, Ethan has been in real estate since 2016. He began his career in New Orleans before joining the Keaty team in 2018. He transitioned to Director of Agent Development in 2021. He is responsible for recruiting the best agents in Acadiana and helping them grow into expert advisors and the best in the field.
